G3T is a SaaS service operated by Areal Studio, LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA.

  • Lead data: information voluntarily provided by visitors (“Leads”) through G3T forms, such as name, email, or LinkedIn profile.
  • Payment data (if applicable): processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to:

  • Operate and improve our services.
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts.
  • Provide analytics, reporting, and lead delivery features to Creators.
  • Communicate with you for service updates, billing, or support.
  • Ensure compliance with our Terms and prevent abuse or fraud.

3. How We Handle Lead Data

When a visitor submits information through a G3T link, the data is collected on behalf of the Creator who shared that link.

  • G3T acts as a data processor, and the Creator is the data controller responsible for how they use that information.
  • G3T only stores and delivers the data to the Creator securely.
  • We do not use or sell lead data for our own marketing or third-party purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate G3T, such as:

  • Stripe, for payment processing.
  • Supabase, for authentication and database hosting.
  • Email and analytics providers, for communications and performance monitoring.
  • Other third-party services that help us operate our platform and deliver our services.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained as long as your account remains active.
  • Lead data is retained only for the Creator’s access and may be deleted upon request or after account deletion.
  • Backup copies may persist for a limited period for security and legal compliance.

  • Request data portability or restriction of processing.
  • Withdraw consent for communications at any time.
