1. About the Platform

G3T is a SaaS platform operated by Areal Studio, LLC (Delaware, USA). It allows users (“Creators” or “Users”) to generate lead-gated links — short links that gate access to private online resources — for the purpose of collecting and managing leads.
By using G3T, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description

  • G3T provides tools to create, manage, and share lead-gated short links.
  • G3T does not host, store, or modify the original content linked by users.
  • Access control, visibility, and sharing permissions of the original resource remain under the responsibility of the user.
  • G3T does not process or collect payments on behalf of its users.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree to use G3T in a lawful, ethical, and respectful manner.

  • Sharing links that violate third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Using misleading or deceptive descriptions for gated content.
  • Sharing malicious, spammy, adult, violent, or hateful content.
  • Using the platform for phishing, scraping, or unauthorized data collection.
  • Circumventing G3T’s verification or analytics systems.

Violations may lead to account suspension or termination.

4. Privacy and Lead Data

  • Leads collected through G3T belong to the user who created the link.
  • G3T only processes lead data for technical operation, analytics, and compliance.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their use of lead data complies with applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA).
  • G3T may delete or anonymize inactive lead data after a retention period, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5. Enforcement and Suspension

G3T reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse or policy violations.
  • Block IPs or devices involved in repeated violations.
  • Remove or deactivate any links that pose a security or compliance risk.

G3T may also request identity verification (KYC) in case of suspicious or high-volume activity to maintain platform integrity.

6. Limitation of Liability

G3T provides the service “as is” and “as available.”

We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or access due to user misconfiguration or third-party service outages (e.g., Google Drive, YouTube, Figma, etc.).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the most recent version.
